FAQ's
Q. I am a previous "free" member of Thisway.To. How do I update or change my URL forwarding accounts?
A. With being a previous "free" member of Thisway.to your individual URL forwarding accounts will operate as per usual. The only difference is
you will not be able to moify the URL or any keywords etc for that account without having paid access.
Q. I can only find Member Login for paid access, where is the Account login?
A. ThisWay.To is now "Paid" member access only now. The member login when clicked will pop up a login screen. This is the ID and password you receive
after you have submitted your Paid subscription. Once you correctly login with the member login, you will then be directed to either create new URL forwarding accounts
or you can log into each URL forwarding accounts you may have, so you may edit or delete them.
Q. I try to use my account login for my URL Forwarding account in the member login, but it does not work. What gives?
A. With paid Member access, you will receive a 4 digit ID that you will use only in the member login. Your URL forwarding account login information will not
work on the Member Login Screen. Once you use your 4 digit ID with the member Login screen you will then be forwarded to the actual Account Login screen. This is where
you can log into each individual URL forwarding account you have created.
Q. You say you provide excellent customer service, but how long does it usually
take you to respond to my questions?
A. We usually respond within minutes, however we ask you to be patient and give
us up to 24 hours to respond. For quick response, please use the Customer Help desk and submit a ticket.
Customer tickets are always answered more quickly then emails sent to support.

Q. What happens if I spam someone when using ThisWay.To URL in the unsolicitated email?
A. All spam incidents are investigated. If any of our customers are found to be
spamming using their ThisWay.To forwarding service in any way, then your
account will be terminated without refund. There will be a charge of $250 per each verified

Q. What types of payments do you accept for
ThisWay.To URL Forwarding Service?
A. We currently accept credit card for our monthly plans.

Q. How do I cancel my Monthly Membership subscription?
A. When you pay via credit card, then please
submit a support ticket and make sure to provide the payment information and that you
wish to have the subscription cancelled.
Please Note: Once you cancel your account, all URL forwarding URLs will be disabled on the last billing date.
